Smart Lahatxt Unli 25, Counters Globe's SUPERUNLIALLTXT

I learned about Smart's Lahatxt Unli 25 searching online, first via tanggera.com.

Searching further, interaksyon.com provided more details about Smart's counter to Globe's Superunlialltxt.

It figures. Interaksyon.com is a website of TV channel 5 which is now owned by Manny Pangilinan, owner of Smart Communications.

From the interaksyon.com website:
To avail of Lahatxt Unli 25, subscribers must register to the package by texting LTU25 to 2266. The package costs only P25 and is valid for 24 hours.

The subscriber must maintain P1 airtime balance to continue using Lahatxt Unli 25. This offer will be available from July 15 to November 30, 2011.

Lahatxt Unli 25 vs. SUPERUNLIALLTXT 25:

Globe has the edge on face value. Globe offers additional one hour mobile internet and indicated no expiration date of such product/service.

Ultimately, subscribers will decide.

Kindly share your experience at the comments section and help other prepaid cellphone subscribers find the better service for their unlimited texting needs. :)

Globe SUPERUNLIALLTXT - Unlimited Texts to ALL NETWORKS, Php 25 for 1 Day

Globe is now offering a service that allows its prepaid subscribers to text anyone from any mobile network unlimitedly via SUPERUNLIALLTXT.

I can text anyone as long as I like for a day and with only 25 pesos? Every text scammers' wildest dream!

A promo text about it greeted me this morning. Unfortunately, I have not enough prepaid load at the moment to test it out.

Globe sent me this text message coming from 4438:

MyRewardsMyGlobe: Sa P25 load, may earned points ka, super pwede mo pang ipambili ng unlimited texts to all networks plus 1 hour mobile internet sa bagong GLOBE SUPERUNLIALLTXT. To register, txt UALL25 to 8888. Sakto lang sa bulsa, may points ka pa!
Naturally, I searched online for this. A few blogs [ here & here ] have already written about this latest prepaid product offering since yesterday but (again) it is not yet on Globe's website. Sending INFO to 8888 for more details proved to be no dice, too!

SUPERUNLIALLTXT offers unlimited texts/SMS messages to ALL NETWORKS good for 24 hours (1 Day) for only 25 pesos. No end of promo date was mentioned.

Sounds like a fair deal if you really need to be texting a lot on a given day. Of course, only if Globe system can support on a lot (if not all) subscribers availing this prepaid product/service simultaneously.

The one-hour mobile internet comes to me as a mere bonus. Could anyone please share their experience with Globe's mobile internet connection?

I once tried Globe's prepaid Tattoo but found Smart Bro & Sun somehow more passable in terms of speed in my area.

Apparently, Smart too has an unlimited-texts-to-all-networks product too. Found that here.

Kindly comment about your experience with this product, preferably not anonymously. If you are using both, comparison between the two is much more welcome. :)

Get 5 Free Text to All Network, When You Call Smart, Sun, TnT Subs using Globe SIM

Globe Prepaid Subscribers get 5 Free Texts to all Networks valid for 3 days every time they use their Globe SIM calling Smart, Sun or Talk N Text from July 18 - 22.

This I just received from Globe Customer Advisory some ten minutes ago.

And this offering basically convinces us - Globe subs - to call our family or friends even though they are subscriber of other networks.

Sadly, this is one promo I don't think I can enjoy since I rarely call. I'm more of a texter when communicating.

But if you do regularly call these 3 other networks, you surely won't mind getting 5 free texts. :)

Globe IMMORTALTXT Revived until June 30, 2010

Another prepaid cellphone product enjoying major air play in the radio these days is Globe's IMMORTALTXT prepaid text service.

Globe is offering back this text product until June 30, 2010.

My girlfriend loves to use this product and I'm sure other Globe subscribers would enjoy this, too.

Globe's IMMORTALTXT Service
Info & Image taken from this SOURCE.

Globe's IMMORTALTXT is named so because it has no expiry. For just 20 pesos, prepaid mobile subscribers of Globe, can send 75 texts or sms to Globe or TM mobile subscribers. Plus, 10 messages can also be sent to other mobile networks. But a subscriber must maintain 5 peso prepaid load balance to enjoy this text product.

To avail of Globe's IMMORTALTXT, one need to buy load at least 25 pesos-worth of prepaid credits. Then, send the keyword IMMORTAL20 to 8888 and remember to maintain the remaining 5 peso balance.

I wish this would be a fixed text service that will be offered by Globe. I am sure LoadXtreme will be interested to add this to its products that retailers like us can sell to prepaid mobile subscribers.

Sun Cellular's Message Plus

I was browsing through a broadsheet yesterday when I came to see a full page advertisement from mobile network Sun Cellular.

The ad features Sun Cellular's Message Plus, a revolutionary text or SMS messaging service that I am sure other cellular networks will soon match if they do not it have yet.

The messaging service, boasting to be the first in the Philippines, provide Text Divert, Auto Reply, Text Copy and Number Block messaging features to all Sun Cellular subscribers.

Text Divert allows all your text messages to other mobile numbers or even to e-mail addresses.
Every diverted text message is charged 1 peso.

I think this is suitable for those who have left a position, let's say after a promotion. He or she can direct all communications related to his/her previous responsibility to the person who succeeded him/her.
Auto Reply works just like an e-mail autoresponder as it allows you to automatically reply to text messages when for example you are enjoying your vacation and can not attend to the concerns of the message sender for that time being.

Text Copy allows you to have duplicates of the messages you've received on other phones or e-mail address. This is great for records purposes like in business transactions. This is also charged at 1 Peso/message.

Number Block will surely be welcomed with open arms by those avoiding stalkers, overzealous sales personnel or compulsive message forwarders who just can't get the idea that you do not want to hear anything from them. Although the peace of mind they'll get is worth 15 Pesos a week or 50 pesos a month for blocking up to 20 unwanted numbers.

Instructions say you just have to DIAL *277# on your Sun Phone.

If you are a sun cellular subscriber, you might ought to check these service now. You could probably know more at Sun Cellular's website or thru their hotline number 395-8000.

Now, I think I got to find out where I placed my Sun SIM.
