Unable to dispense Sun Broadband 50

Yesterday, an officemate approached me if I sell Sun products. Hesitantly, I said yes.

In the past, I had encountered problems selling Sun products. Until I decided to stop doing so entirely. Good thing most of my customers are either Globe or Smart subscribers.

In this specific case, I tried to dispense Sun Broadband 50. One of the newest products of loadxtreme based on the latest price list I got from the Vmobile office. I was also encouraged to see the website indicating that all networks are up.

Unfortunately, the load never came. I have no confirmation or notification whatsoever.

I am not sure if the problem is on loadxtreme's end or on Sun. Either way, I would never try loading this product again.

Portal Repayment of LRF

I was deleting old messages on my cellphone's inbox when I came across an old notification from LoadXtreme dated January 19, 2010.

Apparently, the remaining loadwallet balance of my dealer account that was kept on hold after Loadxtreme ceased operation momentarily sometime in Novemeber 2007.

The exact text was;

LX: Amount of 102.4 credited to ID 54XXXXXXXX as full repayment of Portal LRF.

I can't remember what LRF exactly mean. But I'm thankful that the amount was returned to my account. I'm guessing that I was paid because I am actively using the system at present - that is, dispensing prepaid credits and reloading my loadwallet every so often.

I'm thinking of re-activating my retailer account in order that the LRF of that account will also be returned.

Also, I'm wondering how Portal will be able to repay those who stopped using loadxtreme, those who forgot their account logins, and those who changed their number or lost their cellphones?

Loadxtreme Resend Feature for PIN-based Prepaid Products

One of features of Loadxtreme is the ability to sell pin-based prepaid products like internet dial up cards and prepaid cable. One of my customers asked to be loaded DT 390 for their Dream Satelite at home.

Unfortunately, she was not able to to receive the pin at her cellphone. Fortunately, Loadxtreme has RESEND command for this kinds of situations.

For any kind of prepaid load dispensed via loadxtreme, a serial number is always indicated in the confirmation message. This is very important in the RESEND command.

The complete command syntax would be:

LX LOAD [Dealer ID/Retailer ID] [PIK] [PROD CODE] [SERIAL NUMBER]

Once this is sent to the gateway access number, the pin for that specific product would be resent to the customer's mobile phone.

Loadxtreme System Maintenance March 21-22, 2009

When I dispensed load today, the notification reply contained an additional message.

Loadxtreme will be conducting system maintenance from 11 pm tomorrow ( March 21, 2009 ) up to 5 am ( March 22, 2009 ).

I think that means we (loadxtreme dealers & retailers) will not be able to dispense sell load.

Here's hoping that the maintenance job will take the least possible time. Every sale counts especially in a prepaid loading business. The margin are little, that we rely on volume sales.

New LoadXtreme® Retailers under me

Five people got interested in my offer of free LoadXtreme® retailer accounts. I am both excited and hopeful that doing so will do some good for them.

Two of them were actually previous retailers who have missed the migration into the new system of LoadXtreme® under Vmobile.

While their existing load wallet in their previous account have yet been returned, they just really like the idea of convenience - the main reason they still want to use Loadxtreme.

Loadxtreme Retailer Card

The rest are basically new to the idea but I explained to them the best I can about the pros and cons of the system.

Free LoadXtreme® Retailer Accounts

UPDATE: Retailer Accounts available but worth Php 300.

UPDATE: December 17, 2008
All the retailer accounts have been taken. Good luck to my new retailers. ;)

Do you want to save on prepaid expenses of your mobile phone? Why don't you try loadxtreme®. You can have retailer accounts for free through me.

I have revived my loadxtreme accounts sometime on the first week of June 2008. Since, then I have enjoyed discounted prices of prepaid loads for my mobile phone. I feel that the system is stable enough to offer retailer accounts to others.

If you are interested, email me at doms28(at)gmail(dot)com. Please put "loadxtreme retailer" on the subject. Otherwise, I may discard your mail as junk or spam.

I will then provide you the necessary information to register your own retailer account and other vital information in using the system. Your e-mail will never be used aside from these purposes.

Offer is good while accounts are still available.

What I will give you is basically an ID number and SAC Number that you need to register a retailer account. Registration can be done either via a mobile phone or thru the loadxtreme®'s website. After the registration, you need to have credits in your loadwallet (created during the registration ). This can be done thru the loadxtreme office, authorized banks or a loadxtreme dealer near you. Then, you can load your own mobile phone or others at a discounted price.

For example, if you are using Globe. You can dispense 100 peso-worth credit to your mobile phone for only 89 pesos deducted on your loadwallet. That is an instant 11 peso savings.

If you are a Smart subscriber, you can dispense 115 peso-worth of credit to your mobile for only 102 pesos deducted on your loadwallet. That is a 13 peso saving.

NOTE: The examples above are dispensed via the internet. If mobile phones are utilized, one (1) peso may be deducted from your mobile credits for the sms transaction.

Dial-up Internet Card via LoadXtreme®

I just successfully dispensed an internet prepaid card purchase via loadxtreme.

A friend asked me if I sell internet cards. Of course, I am just but happy to say yes. This would be the first time for me to sell this kind of product via loadxtreme since the resumption of LX services. Understandably, I really have some doubts if I can deliver.

Fortunately, my friend received the username and password for the ISP 100 card he requested. The problem is he forgot the dial-up numbers. Since, I was online, I was able to look for it on the net.

That is the only problem when dispensing prepaid cards. Unlike when you purchase the traditional prepaid cards, vital contact information are printed on the card itself. Whereas in loadxtreme, it is advisable only sell it to frequent users of that specific card to avoid additional burden.

Anyhows, prepaids card can still be a good product to sell. You just have to explain things first to your potential customers.

To all loadxtremers, more power to our business.

LoadXtreme® AXS MRT Reloadable Card

A new option for regular Metro Rail Transit (MRT) Commuters will be launched this afternoon at the Trinoma Station MRT3.

AXS Cards will be unveiled for MRT passengers. It will be the first contactless Stored-Value Card that is reloadable thru LoadXtreme.

I am a regular commuter of MRT and I welcome the idea of another option in getting a ride. Unfortunately, my regular job prevents me from coming to the launching.

I am also excited of selling another product via loadxtreme. I just hope that there will be no major glitches. I will try the card myself and I promise to write a review about it on my next posts.

LoadXtreme® for Roaming Subscribers

One of the welcome services by local telecommunications company here in the Philippines is Roaming Services for prepaid cellphone owners who are going out of the country.

I am really glad to know that thru LoadXtreme, I can sell prepaid load to my friends and acquaintances that are outside the country.

I chatted with a friend awhile ago who is currently in Japan. She is assigned there temporarily.

She became curious of my prepaid online blog that I advertised in Yahoo Messenger. So, I said that we test the service on her phone. She is subscribed to Globe roaming services. Since, it was a test, I tried loading only 15 peso worth of prepaid credits. Whoa! it did.

I know a number of friends and acquaintances who are currently abroad that are potential customers to my prepaid loading business. The only thing I need to come up with is feasible mode of payment.

My LoadXtreme® has been migrated

Since Vmobile has taken over Loadxtreme, retailers and dealers are required to migrate their accounts to the new system.

I just migrated both my dealer and retailer account to the new system and hope that this may be a new beginning for me to save on my prepaid cellphone expenses and earn a little extra on the side.

I also informed a friend who is also a dealer about the need to migrate his account.

Also, I tried reaching all my retailers with their existing contact nos in my cellphone. But I guess my retailers who still have lots of in their loadwallets would still be mad about the company.

What is LoadXtreme®?

Loadxtreme® (LX) is a new program in prepaid product distribution and marketing. This program employs VMobile's unique proprietary technology called Universal Prepaid Loading System or UPloadS™.

"Check Operator Service" is now a thing of the past if you become a retailer of Loadxtreme. You'll probably ask, "how come?". Because when you become a retailer you will have the privilege to use a system where you can dispense prepaid load to your mobile phone almost anytime anywhere.

This platform offers a 24x7 access to multi-brand prepaid products and services nationwide utilizing automated Short Messaging Service (SMS) and the internet. In layman's terms, as long as you have internet or any mobile phone around you, you can load your own cp at a discounted price.

One other good thing about it, is that you can sell it too! You become a walking prepaid outlet. You get to save on your prepaid expenses and earn a little extra on the side.
