MY REWARDS, MY GLOBE Promo

I just received a text from [4438] today about My Rewards, My Globe promo. It says:

TODAY marks how Globe values YOU through the years. Ngayon, may balik na POINTS ang load mo at MORE FREEBIES para sayo!. Txt REWARDS to 4438 for free.

Because I'm a sucker for freebies, I actually did. The response is basically saying that active prepaid Globe subscribers like us get points everytime we reload on prepaid loading credits starting on April 4, 2010. Points can be exchanged for items or discounts and even be shared to your relatives and friends if they are also Globe prepaid subscribers.

Here are the keywords you should know for this promo, all need to be sent to 4438:

• BAL - to check the total points you accumulated
• ITEMS - to know the list of rewards
• DISCOUNTS - to know the list of benefits
• REDEEM ITEM CODE PIN - to redeem the rewards
• SHARE POINTS 10-DIGITMOBILE# PIN - to transfer points (1 Php/transaction, 5 transaction limit per day)
• STOP - to deactivate your participation in this promo

Globe finally show some love towards its prepaid subscribers and reward them for being loyal. I personally feel they ought to do that after the technical problems some week back involving its reloading facility. The promo is good that it has no additional requirement of registration or minimum load amount.

In 2008, Globe has rewards promo wherein subscribers were given a free load (given a month after) if they reached a certain amount of reload for that month..

I just hope that the rewards will be cool enough. Based on Globe's website, the redeemed Globe products will be received within 24 hours or be delivered within 30 days.
