GUILTY! Using Smartphone in Bed Before Sleeping. Are You, Too?
Finally, a quick post.
As I consider myself sleep-deprived these past months or so, this article I came across with today is quite timely.

What exactly is the big problem with screens? Previous studies have pointed the finger at the blue light emitted by all LED screens, which has been found to interfere with production of the sleep hormone melatonin in the brain.
I am so guilty! And the explanation seems very sensible to me.
I am literally sleeping with my smartphone beside me. While my main justification is its alarm function to wake up the following day, I agree that my smartphone simultaneously serves as a distraction with my sleeping early.
I can't help checking messages or playing games before dozing off.
I need to have to put my smarthphone farther away when I sleep tonight.
