Fake Cellphone Switch Scam

GMA-7 news program 24 Oras reported yesterday a cellphone scam modus operandi - switching fake cellphone units.

Scammers will offer cellphone units at very low prices.

After the victim pays and hands the money, scammers will switch the fake cellphones and gave it to the unsuspecting victims.
