Apparently, this is the bane of all cellphone load sellers.

NO LOAD RECEIVED

Although I've encountered this in the past, I was surprised yesterday that this still occurs, even now.

One guy approached me, and asked to be loaded with Smart Econo Load 30.

So, I fired up my browser, accessed Vmobile's loading facility and tried loading his cellphone with what he requested.

Transaction has been completed. I asked for his payment, gave his change and sent him away. I saw no problem. Cellphone load dispensed, one happy customer.

Er... so I thought.

A short while after I saw the same guy in his work area. He then gave me the bad news. He has yet to received the load.

First, I've asked him to inquire his cellphone credits balance. He explained this and that. As it is in my nature not to argue, I returned his money.

Then, I verified my account if indeed there was deduction in my loadwallet.

I think this incident is kind of like pilferage. Part of the business, I know. But still, this sucks! Losing almost Php 27 like that.
