SMART *767 Emergency Load worked For Me

This is for the anonymous commenter in my previous post about Smart's *767 Emergency Load service.

As I am maintaining a Smart SIM but rarely reloads it with previous credits, I decided to try out the service myself. Sorry, SMART. I will reload soon. Promise. LOL!

I just dialled *767. I just heard a beep sound on the other end. Some 3 seconds later, I received the following confirmation text/SMS message.

You have received 4 Smart-to-Smart/TNT Texts valid for 1 day. P4 will be deducted upon your next top-up. Thank you. Ref:283293492447.

So, Yes! The service really works. I just thought that a voice confirmation message from SMART about the service would be good along with the confirmation message.

Again, to the anonymous commenter, the service works. While I hope you would not need emergency load, I sure also hope that in the time that you do, you can avail of the service.
