Globe's Prepaid Reloading Service still down

UPDATE: I was able to reload my cellphone at around evening today, February 21, 2010.

Globe Telecom's prepaid reloading service is still down up to this day. The down time has been running for at least 3 days.

What could be the reason behind it?



Initially, I thought it was our LoadXtreme system that is down. However, even direct Globe prepaid retailers can't seem to dispense load.

Here are the system messages that I received after trying to dispense prepaid credits for Globe users.

LOAD FAILED

• Globe OTA temporarily unavailable due to Globe telco congestion. Please try again after 1 hour.
  
• GLOBE OTA is currently unavailable due to Globe System maintenance.
  
• Product is temporarily unavailable due to interrupted supplier connectivity. Service is currently being restored.

Aside from the few sale lost during this whole down time, I am near consuming all of my own CP's prepaid cellphone credits. I hope that Globe can remedy whatever the problem that is causing this down time on their reloading service.

Otherwise, I, together with other loyal prepaid subscriber would all have zero balance. That would mean many UNHAPPY subscribers. Paging Senate President & reelectionist Enrile!
