I had no choice but to seek them twice this week with regards to my load replenishment and their online loading facility glitch.

Actually, this was a rarity for me since LoadXtreme resumed operation under Vmobile.

The first was concerning loadwallet replenishment.

As the previous weekend turned out to be a long one (because Monday, November 29 was declared a holiday), I wasn't able to go to the bank to deposit for loadwallet. So by Tuesday, I really have no more prepaid load to dispense. So, I called on the customer service to facilitate the crediting of the money right after I deposited it. The one who answered me was courteous and promised to take care of it. By early evening, I have loadwallet.

My next concern was about the online loading.

Normally, after I loaded someone's cellphone using Loadxtreme's online loading, I would immediately receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction. On this occasion, I loaded 3 different cellphone nos. successively. My clients already paid me but I just want to make sure that they receive the load on time. Since there was no e-mail confirmation, I tried to log in into my account but the database could not be accessed.

I called LoadXtreme®'s customer service hotline 311 - 3000 once more.

This time there was something new in the recording. It indicated a number corresponding to the order in which my call will be accommodated. I was the 8th caller. Surprisingly, I have a lot of patience to wait until it was my turn. I customer services representative revealed that there was indeed some technical problem and the confirmation/non-cofirmation of the transactions I am inquiring about will only be known when the problem is resolved.

Anyway, the database was restored not so long after and all is good.

i have been having problems with loadwallet replenishments with vmobile. I need to follow up many times just for them to answer my concern. It happened twice and the third is even worst been waiting for the loadwallet now for 3 days I tried calling globe even no. since I dont know how to reach there customer service but I got no respond but sometimes drop my call. I decided to google for the website but even the website right now is not working. Saw this page and the no. for customer service tried to call but its seems like this is even a wrong no. coz i dont even hear a dial tone after dialing the no. I was so disappointed now im thingking of discontinuing using vmobile because of this. I just hope i can still get my money back.

I can understand your frustration and I symphatize.

It is a technical business and technical problems are likely to stay.

I have been with loadxtreme since its portal days. Back then, so many issues like abound.

A lot of my retailers felt the same way like you. I myself wasn't spared of the complains.

Right now I am using loadxtreme for personal use and loading here in the office.

Most of the time, its good so I am still using the system. I enjoy the convenience of loading myself. Plus the bank is just below our building for replenishment.

I hope you reconsider.

the load of loadxtreme is sometimes delayed. There was a time na nag double na yung send and twice na din pumasok yung load and automatic deducted to my balance. Hope the company will give an immediate action on this. The company is very promising, kung maganda lang yung serbisyo nya sa mga tao malayo ang mararating nito

ok n sana ang service ng load xtreme.no problem with smart and globe even in egames load...pero ang SUN always delayed at madalas hinde tlg pumapasok ang load s costumer....nung una d q pnapancn kc nga bka technical error lng pero dumadalas ang problema at encounter q s problem s pgloload ng sun..nung minsan 5 send before pumasok s costumer ang load ng sun tru online loading panu p kya pg s via SMS...5 send before pumasok edi n deduct s personal load e 5php n..para s mga retailer luge n cla pg ganun ang serbisyo ng loadxtreme....plz do action with that,,,plz lng aucin ang serbisyo at gawing consistent at san amgkaron ng fee hotline ang vmobile..free costumer service para feel n feel free naman kami s company...

hello...new technopreneur po ako ng vmobile this day palang ako nagstart na magload i have 5 transactions for this whole day nung una tinry ko loadan yung sarili kong number may confirmation naman na pumasok sa number and it indicates na succesfull ang pagloload ko kahit sa email ko succesfull ang pagloload ko with my own number at nabawasan yung load wallet ko pero nung check ko na yung balance ko sa phone ko zero balance parin...then tinry ko magload sa ibang number yung 3 niloadan ko succesfull at nagagamit nila yung load...tapos meron na naman akong isang niloadan same situation sakin na may confirmation sa phone nya na succesfull ang pagloload at sa email ko nabawasan din ang load wallet ko pero nung nagcheck na ng balance zero balance parin at hindi makatxt at tawag dahil nga zero balance parin sya....sana bigyan naman ng vmobile ng pansin tong concern ko kasi hirap nasa prubinsya pa ko wala namang free hotline ang vmobile....kung alam ko lang ganito hindi na sana ko pumayag na sunggaban to kasi 1st day ko palang sa vmobile luging lugi na ko...sana naman bigyan ng pansin to ng vmobile..thanx...

I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate initial experience with vmobile.

The LoadXtreme system has its flaws. That's why I only use it now for reloading my own cellphone. For the most part, it serves that purpose.

I am not, in any way, part of the customer service of vmobile.

However, I wish that your concern will be resolved.

I tried e-mailing them with my own concerns in the past but here's part of their response:

"The email addresses service@vmobile.com.ph, loadxtreme@vmobile.com.ph, and customerservice@vmobile.com.ph, have ceased receiving email support requests since September 1, 2010. This would mean that you may not receive replies coming from those email addresses as well.



If you need to contact us for support, you may reach us via our new Ticket Support System found at http://www.loadxtreme.ph/support/."

Sa customer service nila talaga dapat yan nirerefer. Tyagain mo lang yung hotline or go directly to Vmobile office.

.oh my God!, akala q b f s Union Bank ka mg.dedeposit ng replenishment ng load is :
SAME DAY crediting; Does not require LX RELOAD notification.

then, why is it past 7pm na lang, hindi pa rin dumating an load ko??!!!
as in now lang nangyari to.
Ba't naman ganun..?

is it it their obligation na ibigay sayo kung ano ung binayad mo..?
sana naman ayusin nila ang service nila, yung hindi mas maabala yung customer nila!

Ok n sana hindi na sana ako magrereklamo s loadxtreme kahit laging late dating ng load kahit 3X n minsan hindi agad nadating ung lod kya mnsan nadodoble ng load sa sobrng tagal ng dating ng load,kaso nga lang nitong saturday ngload ako sa metrobank lagi tlga akong saturday kung mgpaload tapos sa gabi nadating na agad ung load pero ngaun 4days na hindi pa rin nadating ung load ko,.grabe sobrng tagal na,dumating na naman sa account nyo ung pera pero bakit ung lod hindi nyo pa rin binibigay,.magaling lang sa una ang loadextreme eh!alam nyo marami ng nagrereklamo sa mga kapalpakan nyo,ayusin nyo naman ung trabaho nyo para walang mgreklamo sa inyo.Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin ung load ko,.ano ba bi2gay nyo paba un?

nagload aq nong april25 ng 11am at dumating ng 3pm pero hindi na aq makapagload ng april26 at naging utang q p ung neload qoh sa customer q.bakit wala aqng load ay dumating na sa akin kinuha nyo pa? pls.gawan nyo ng aksyon yan.kasi 1week n.

.pls.help me...ung neload ko sa bdo bank april25 at 11am then dumating ung load at 3pm,nagload ako 2x then april26 hindi n ako makapagload at ang reply sa akin vmobile ay wala n akong load pano nangyari un ay 126 lang naiload ko.gawan nyo ng aksyon.tnx.1week n kc un.

nagsend po ako ng money tru Gcash numg monday,, march 4,, then after that nagrequest ako ng reload,, pero until now wala pa ung load ko,, ilang beses na akong tumawag sa hotline nio,, lagi niong cnasavi iveverify nio.. until now wala pa.. i need my load already,, sa dami ng nagpapalod,, wala akong panload sa kanila,, kz until now wala pa ung load ko..

I wish that I could help you. But I am not really part of customer service of Vmobile/LoadXtreme.

PIK is a critical issue for security reasons on one's account.

It is best that you personally go to the Vmobile/LoadXtreme office.

I symphatize with your predicament. Happened to me, too. I hope that Vmobile will listen to us who continue to use LoadXtreme despite other new systems that offer the same service.

If you are here in Metro Manila, I would suggest that you visit the main office so that you can talk directly to their customer service personnel.

Am i another?i hope not..what happened to my deposit of 5k in the bdo bank?its been 4days from now.im truly bothered.if u cant suply me d load pls direct me on how to get back my money..i hav received a response saying dat "feature is not available until May 9."can i hav a specified explanation on this...i dont understand wat u mean..how about my deposit i cant wait til May 9.u should have noticed us long before not to replenish if u hav smething to fix.or if this is unexpected pls find ways on how to return our money.u can reach me with this nmber 09273425645..di not get wat is not yours.im pleading to pls give my money back.
